Georgia Tech’s Aditya Anupam and Ridhima Gupta received the Students' Choice Award at the Serious Games Competition, held November 30-December 4 during the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando, Florida.

ECE Assistant Professor Brendan Saltaformaggio received the 2017 ACM SIGSAC Doctoral Dissertation Award at the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (ACM CCS), which was held October 30-November 3 in Dallas, Texas.

The Rising Stars program was created to mentor top female graduate students interested in pursuing academic careers in electrical engineering and computer science.
