Attach a copy of your transcript (not report card) in PDF format (file size limit is less than 1 MB). IMPORTANT: DO NOT include your social security number on your transcript, and make sure that the filename for the file you are attaching only contains numbers and letters (no special characters or punctuations):

Download and have the Teacher Recommendation Form completed (by a Science or Math teacher) and returned in a sealed envelope along with the $10 application fee (personal check or money order payable to Georgia Institute of Technology), postmarked by April 6, 2018 to:
