ECE Professor Wayne Wolf received an honorary doctorate from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Patras, located in Patras, Greece. During a ceremony of proclamation on October 16, Dr. Wolf was presented with this honor and was recognized for his distinguished educational, research, and professional service contributions to the field.
Established in 1964, the University of Patras is highly regarded by the European and international communities for its expertise in science and technology. Dr. Wolf holds the Rhesa "Ray" P. Farmer Distinguished Chair of Embedded Computing Systems at Georgia Tech and is also a Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar.
