School of Electrical and Computer Engineering Fall Career Fair

January 16 and February 9, 2018

Location

The Career Fair will take place in the atrium of the Christopher Klaus Advanced Computing Building. The Klaus building is located at 266 Ferst Drive, Atlanta, GA 30332-0765.

Booth

Each booth includes a 6-foot table and two chairs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after December 16, 2017, will result in a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations after January 1, 2018 will result in no refund.

Company Lounge

There will be a company lounge reserved for recruiters and company representatives to check email, make business phone calls, etc. This location will also be the designated location for breakfast and lunch.

Career Fair Itinerary

The fair lasts from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Coffee and water will be provided throughout the day. Lunch will be served from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.

If your company has chosen to ship display materials in advance, all materials should be received by Friday, January 5, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. All shipments must be sent to the following address:

Display Pick-Up After the Career Fair

Please be sure to consult with your company's shipping department for return labels for your packages. It will be the responsibility of each company to contact their respective carrier at the end of the day to pick up items that need to be shipped.

Parking and Accommodations

Parking on campus is limited, so please try to arrive early and carpool, if possible. Company representatives may park in the State Street Visitor’s Lot at the intersection of Ferst Drive and State Street. The cost is $1 per hour, payable by cash or card.

  Take Interstate 85/75 north to Peachtree Street NW (Exit 249D). Keep to the left and continue straight onto Linden Ave NW. Take the first left onto West Peachtree Street NW. Travel approximately 0.2 miles on Ferst Drive and turn right into the visitors’ parking lot.
