Biography

Aliakbar Jafarpour (Saman) got his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Shiraz University, Shiraz, Iran, with Highest Honor in 1998. He has worked in the areas of Biomedical Engineering, microcontroller-based networks, design of interface circuits, and corresponding programming. He came to the United States in 2001 to pursue his studies in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate.
