Low Temperature Processing

Unlike inorganic semiconductors such as silicon, gallium arsenide, and other compound semiconductors, organic materials can be deposited in thin films at low temperature (< 100 C). That property makes them compatible with thin plastic substrates that are shatterproof, light weight, and highly flexible.
