Vacuum deposition of inorganic materials that cannot be handled by the Spectros system (physical vapor deposition) are processed with a Kurt J. Lesker “Axxis” e-beam high vacuum deposition system. This deposition tool is also computer controlled and is equipped with a water cooled substrate platform for deposition of materials onto flexible plastic substrates.
