Ming Yi
Bio
Ming Yi received his B.S. and M.S degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China in 2008 and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 2011, respectively. He joined GaTech-Shanghai ECE Dual Master Degree program in 2009 and received M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech, Atlanta, GA. His research interest is 3D multi-scale chip, substrate and package co-simulation and optimization.Research
