Biography

Guomei Zhu received her B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from ChongQing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China, in 2002.  She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, School of Telecommunication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China under the supervision of Prof. Geng-Sheng Kuo.  At present, she is also a visiting scholar in Broadband Wireless Networking Laboratory, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology (GaTech), Atlanta, GA.  At here, she is doing research on Cognitive Radio Networks and Wireless Mesh Networks under the supervision of Prof. Ian. F. Akyildiz.

 

Guomei Zhu is a student member of IEEE, IEEE Communication Society and IEEE Women in Engineering.
