Biography

Diego was born in Bucaramanga, Colombia in 1982. After graduating from High School he moved to Bogotá where he obtained his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. In spring 2008 he joined Georgia Tech to pursue his graduate studies. During his first semester he worked as a Teacher Assistant in Computer Engineering; in summer of that same year he joined the Integrated MEMS group to work as a Research Assistant under the supervision of Professor Farrokh Ayazi.
