Biography

I was born in Chennai in India. I grew up in the beautiful town of Coimbatore where I did most of my schooling before moving to Pilani to attend the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science to kick start a life in Electrical Engineering. Realizing my passion for making intelligent Micro and Nanosystems, I chose MEMS as my field of interest. I earned my Masters at University of Cincinnati where I designed and fabricated a nano interdigitated array electrode for sensing the targeted analyte at concentrations as low as 10 pM. I am currently working towards my PhD at the IMEMS group at Georgia Tech and am focused on realizing high-performance micro electromechanical filter arrays for radio applications.
