Ramin Mirjalili RAMIN MIRJALILI  

Biography

Born and raised in Yazd, Iran, Ramin obtained dual major BSc in Electrical and Petroleum Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2007, where he continued working on microelectronic IC design for biosensing application for his MSc thesis till 2009.

He obtained his PhD with a focus on miniaturization and integration of optics and optoelectronics for contact lens embedded display and universal identification system from University of Washington in Seattle in 2013. Passion for novel MOEMS/MEMS product development lead him to IMEMS group at GaTech.
