Jenna was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She grew up in Delaware, Texas, and West Virginia before spending her undergrad years in Pittsburgh. Since her parents moved to Shanghai in 2005, she has had the opportunity to visit various cities in China, including Xi'an, Beijing, Guilin, Sanya, and Xiamen.
In addition to working in the cleanroom and IMEMS lab, Jenna enjoys indoor cycling, ultimate (frisbee), soccer, and other sports. She also loves listening to music, learning languages such as Chinese and Spanish, cooking and eating, taking pictures of people and food, and the color green.
