DSP First Serial Number Problems:

We have experienced problems with inconsistent serial numbers on the CD-ROM in the DSP FIRST: A Multimedia Approach textbook. Therefore, one algorithm for creating a valid username and password is to use

DSP1nnnn where nnnn are the last four-digits of your serial number.

This code should be used for both the username and the password. (There should be no spaces in your username.)
