Faculty Profile - Hongwei Wu
Bioengineering, and Digital Signal Processing
Dr. Wu received her B.Eng. in automatic control and M.Eng. in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1997 and 1999, respectively; and her M.S. and Ph.D., both in electrical engineering, from the University of Southern California in 2004.
Dr. Wu worked as a post-doctoral research associate with the Oak Ridge National Lab and the University of Georgia from 2004 to 2007. In August 2007, she joined the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Georgia Institute of Technology in August 2007 as an assistant professor.
In May 2012, Dr. Wu resigned from the ECE faculty and is in an adjunct faculty member role.
