How To Contact the ECE Graduate Affairs Office
If the information presented on the ECE web site does not fully answer your questions, the ECE Graduate Affairs Office has established a procedure for handling inquiries.
All first inquiries should be via email to the ECE Graduate Affairs Office at: graduate@ece.gatech.edu. The greater the specificity of your message, the better equipped that we will be to handle your inquiry. Be sure to include complete contact information in your email message.
Every effort will be made to respond to messages sent to graduate@ece.gatech.edu without delay. During heavy volume times (August -April), it may take several days to receive our response. If you have not received a reply in ten working days, you may send another inquiry.
Individual ECE faculty or staff should never be contacted for general graduate program information or for questions about admissions. Such inquiries, if not answered by information on this web site, should be directed to the Graduate Affairs Office.
If a prospective student would like to explore potential faculty advisors, or potential research opportunities, the following actions may be taken:
First, visit the Research section of the ECE web and familiarize yourself with the 10 Technical Interest Groups at ECE. You will find information on the specific faculty associated with these groups.
Then, explore associated Faculty Profiles to learn about the background and research interests of ECE's academic faculty. Individual faculty can then be contacted if you find that the work of an ECE faculty member coincides with your interests.
