1. Load PGP software on a workstation (Windows, Mac, NT, UNIX, Linux,...) where you can send email, and generate a DH/DSS public key.
If you do not have access to a workstation, ask a friend to let you use theirs. If all else fails, read the PGP manual available on the Web. You will need "root" or "Administrator" privileges on an NT or UNIX machine.
2. Send me your Public Key by Email. Set the subject to "PGP-Key" (7 characters, no quotes).
If you've already sent your key, you do not have to send it again.
3. Send me a message that is PGP encrypted (with my public
key, available from http://www.csc.gatech.edu/~copeland/PGP_Key.html)
and signed (with your private key). The subject should be "HW-1"
(4 characters, no quotes).
